Description
The role provides engineering and development support for customer projects, including product and process analysis, cost analysis, delivery forecasting, tool and fixture design, moldability review, and manufacturing process development. The position develops new products from concept through production, collaborates with customers and internal departments, and may represent the Program Management Department on cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of experience in plastics or a related industry, and strong communication, organization, and independent-work skills.
