NOVACES is hiring a full-time Program Manager to support the Armed Services Blood Program under a Business Management Support Services contract. The role provides program leadership, strategic planning, oversight of complex multi-disciplinary tasks, client and senior-stakeholder communication, task-plan development, operational planning, and capital-planning support for DoD stakeholders. The position is on-site in Falls Church, Virginia, and requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or three additional years of relevant experience, plus at least three years of program management experience supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
