Nightwing is seeking a Program Manager to lead a network engineering team in a mission space, serving as the single point of contact for contract performance and coordinating with customers, project integrators, engineers, and architects. The role manages program execution, resources, training, technical and programmatic artifacts, customer relationships, and performance metrics, with expertise in network engineering, project management, and dispersed team leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of program management experience, PMP certification, and an active TS/SCI clearance, and is contingent upon award.
