Description
OpenText is hiring a Program Manager focused on organizational change and digital adoption. The role leads enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled work, and digital workplace solutions; partners with executive and business stakeholders; develops adoption frameworks, playbooks, and communities of practice; and uses analytics and employee feedback to demonstrate adoption success and business value. The position requires at least six years of relevant experience, strong Microsoft 365 and change-management expertise, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. The stated salary range is $92,320 to $138,480.
