Description
The Program Manager will oversee the management, compliance, budgeting, reporting, grant-writing support, marketing, stakeholder relationships, and staff supervision of a Community Health Services program. The role requires grant management, supervisory and administrative experience, strong communication and public-speaking skills, computer proficiency, and experience working with Indian communities, government agencies, scientific and academic communities, medical organizations, and the public. A bachelor’s degree with one year of experience, an associate’s degree with three years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with five years of experience is required, along with a valid South Dakota driver’s license and successful background and drug screening.
