The role manages program delivery, planning, multidisciplinary teams, projects, community liaison activities, recruitment, orientation, and staff support while maintaining confidentiality and cultural responsiveness. Applicants need a relevant degree, 3–5 years of health management experience, experience with complex behaviours and trauma-informed practices, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers $73,000–$90,000 annually plus medical, dental, and vision benefits.
