Pacific Coast Children’s Resources is hiring a Program Manager to oversee children, youth, caregivers, and community services, including complex-trauma and complex-behaviour support, MCFD programs, and multidisciplinary teams. The role manages program delivery, projects, staffing, community partnerships, and team performance while supporting culturally responsive, trauma-informed services. Candidates need a relevant degree, 3–5 years of health-management experience, experience managing individuals with complex behaviours and teams of 15 or more, and additional experience in substance use, trauma-informed practice, and community partnerships. The position offers an annual salary of $69,000–$90,000 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
