Parry Labs is hiring a Program Manager to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of direct B2B subcontracts for DOD prime contractors and direct-to-government efforts. The role supports the full program lifecycle, customer communication, risk mitigation, financial forecasting, contract negotiation, and leadership of an integrated product team. It is based in the Detroit, Michigan area, requires multiple days per week at customer sites, and involves up to 30% travel. Candidates need at least 10 years of DOD industry experience, 5 years of technical project or program management experience, a related bachelor’s degree, DOD Secret Clearance eligibility, software development and integration experience, earned value management experience, and MS Office and MS Project skills.
