Performance Drone Works is hiring a Program Manager to own schedule, cost, and scope across major cross-functional production programs for tactical robotic systems. The role leads programs from concept through design, integration, verification, readiness, and production transition; manages schedules, risks, change control, reviews, metrics, and cross-functional issues; and tracks milestones through prototype builds and validation. Candidates need at least 8 years of complex product development experience, hardware and software development expertise, familiarity with aerospace or defense systems, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance or higher.
