Description
Penlink is hiring a Program Manager to provide technical support, training, and system administration for Penlink software and Tangles for a United States Federal government agency. The role includes Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, health monitoring, troubleshooting, system configuration, user management, license optimization, onboarding, reporting, liaison work, and investigative assistance. It is fully remote, requires United States citizenship, monthly travel to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, a relevant college degree or equivalent experience, and at least three years of data, crime, or intelligence analysis experience.
