Description
The Workforce Program Manager will establish strategic direction for PGO’s Lighting initiative, define and manage initial, continuing, and emergent training programs, coordinate lighting projects, control costs, engage business-unit leaders and subject-matter experts, lead the ADDIE training process, and communicate project status to stakeholders. The role is hybrid in Charlotte, requires a bachelor’s or technical degree plus six years of related experience (or a high school/GED plus ten years), and includes frequent travel to multiple locations.
