Plug and Play Tech Center is hiring a full-time Program Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of startup accelerator and industry programs. The role coordinates workshops and events, manages logistics and program documentation, supports startups through mentors and resources, maintains databases and reports, and builds relationships with founders, mentors, and industry partners. The position also supports event operations and social media and community-building activities, with a typical background requiring a relevant master’s degree, at least five years of experience in event, program, marketing, or startup work, Finnish language skills, advanced English, and knowledge of the startup ecosystem and emerging technology trends.
