Description
As a Program Manager I at PNC's Technology organization, you will lead multi-phase programs and projects within the Lending Technology portfolio. You'll drive execution, ensure alignment with business strategy and regulatory expectations, and mentor a team. Key responsibilities include owning and managing program portfolios, leading end-to-end delivery, ensuring meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations, providing coaching, applying lending knowledge, partnering with stakeholders, allocating resources, identifying capability gaps, and contributing to annual planning.
