Description
SMC Ltd. is hiring a senior program manager to own delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction for complex customer programs across multiple projects. The role leads project engineers and cross-functional teams through quotation, validation, release-to-manufacturing, and ongoing support; manages scope, schedule, quality, risk, change control, resources, budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance; and serves as the primary customer and executive interface. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of experience, strong program-management and financial skills, and proficiency with project-management tools, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and 3D CAD.
