Description
Promise is hiring a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of MUSE, its studio operating system, across product, pipeline, and infrastructure. The role owns planning, milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, decision tracking, releases, and the operating rhythm that aligns engineering, pipeline, infrastructure, and live productions. It also coordinates MUSE adoption on productions, translates production needs into product requests, manages infrastructure programs, and communicates status to leadership. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, knowledge of production pipelines and studio infrastructure, and must be based in Los Angeles with on-site availability.
