ProSidian is hiring a Program Manager | Data Management & Business Intelligence - Predictive Workforce Analytics to support a federal human-capital modernization engagement for the National Science Foundation. The role manages predictive workforce analytics initiatives, workforce analytics dashboards and models, data management and business intelligence solutions, IT-system integration, stakeholder coordination, schedules, staffing, risks, SLAs, and compliance deliverables. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of program management experience, U.S. citizenship, and no visa sponsorship.
