ProSidian is hiring a Program Manager | Data Management & Business Intelligence - Analytics Consulting & Business Needs Analysis to support a federal human-capital modernization engagement for clients such as the National Science Foundation. The role leads analytics and business-intelligence consulting, conducts business-need analysis, develops dashboards and reports, manages program delivery and stakeholders, oversees SLAs and KPIs, and supports IT-system integration and change management. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of federal consulting or program-management experience, and United States citizenship; visa sponsorship is not offered.
