ProSidian is hiring a Program Manager | Human Capital Technology Support - Self-Service Portals to support a federal human-capital modernization engagement for clients such as the National Science Foundation. The role manages self-service portal initiatives, portal delivery, UX, adoption, performance, schedules, staffing, risks, issues, stakeholder coordination, and SLAs/KPIs, while supporting digital transformation, process automation, analytics, compliance, and IT-system integration. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of program management experience, U.S. citizenship, and no visa sponsorship.
