ProSidian is hiring a Program Manager for Workforce Planning and Strategic Human Capital Analytics, focused on employee research and surveys for federal human-capital modernization engagements. The role leads research and survey programs, manages stakeholders, schedules, risks, compliance, performance, and SLAs, and supports digital transformation, advanced analytics, business intelligence, IT-system integration, and workforce-planning tools. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of program management experience, and United States citizenship; visa sponsorship is not offered.
