ProSidian is hiring a Program Manager | Human Capital Technology Support - Intelligent Automation (AI & RPA) to support a federal human-capital modernization engagement for clients such as the National Science Foundation. The role leads AI and RPA automation initiatives, manages schedules, staffing, risks, stakeholders, performance metrics, compliance, and SLAs, and recommends and implements RPA, AI workflows, and chatbots. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of program management experience, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
