ProSidian is hiring a Program Manager | Human Capital Technology Support - HR Tech Modernization to lead end-to-end HR technology modernization for federal clients such as the National Science Foundation. The role manages ServiceNow, SAP NS2 SuccessFactors, data architecture, integration, migration, compliance, staffing, risks, governance, and executive communications, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Alexandria, Virginia and across the Mid Atlantic Region. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of federal program or transformation management experience, and experience coordinating technical and functional teams in regulated environments; U.S. citizenship is required and visa sponsorship is not offered.
