ProSidian is hiring a Program Manager | Data Management & Business Intelligence - Data Governance & Privacy to support a federal human-capital modernization engagement for clients such as the National Science Foundation. The role leads data governance and privacy compliance initiatives, manages schedules, staffing, risks, issues, stakeholders, and performance against SLAs and KPIs, and supports digital transformation, process automation, advanced analytics, IT-system integration, workforce planning, and federal human-capital policies. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of program management experience, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
