ProSidian is hiring a Program Manager for Human Capital Programmatic Evaluation and Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, supporting federal human-capital modernization for clients such as the National Science Foundation. The role manages regulatory-compliance workstreams, risk, schedules, staffing, stakeholders, SLAs, and the integration of IT systems and workforce-planning tools, while ensuring adherence to FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, and Section 508 standards. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, and requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of program management experience, and United States citizenship; visa sponsorship is not offered.
