Description
PSI Molded Plastics is hiring a Program Manager to lead new business development programs for injection-molded plastics products. The role owns customer experience, timelines, deliverables, tooling, systems, production processes, costs, ECOs, and technical support through launch and production. It leads cross-functional teams and APQP activities, supports quoting and customer reviews, and may travel to customers, tooling suppliers, and overseas tooling sites. The position has no direct reports and is primarily an indoor office role.
