Description
The Program Advisor will lead engineering support and service delivery across upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas assets, including refineries, terminals, and offshore or onshore operations. The role covers strategic planning, hiring and team deployment, customer relationship management, project budget and timeline control, SLA and KPI alignment, continuous improvement, and digital analytics. It requires a mechanical or petroleum engineering degree, at least 19 years of industrial services or engineering delivery experience, including 5 years in senior leadership, and experience managing large cross-functional teams.
