Description
PacSci EMC is hiring a Program Manager to own a broad portfolio of mature aerospace and defense programs and serve as the primary external customer-facing leader. The role manages program execution, customer relationships, schedules, contracts, financial performance, bookings, forecasts, proposals, and cross-functional recovery actions while influencing Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Sourcing, and Business Development teams. It is fully onsite in Chandler, Arizona, with up to approximately 25% travel, and requires U.S. citizenship due to export-control requirements.
