Thoughtworks is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of outcome-based and fixed-fee client engagements. The role focuses on execution leadership, stakeholder management, multiple parallel workstreams, financial and milestone reporting, change management, RAIDD governance, workstream planning and resourcing, and delivery closure. Candidates should manage scope within client budgets, understand AI platform or accelerator-based execution, and be able to ramp up quickly on new technologies.
