Abraxas Youth & Family Services is hiring a full-time Program Manager for its residential treatment facility in Shelby, Ohio. The role provides leadership and operational oversight of front-line supervisors, supports treatment planning and coordinated program delivery, manages staffing and scheduling, ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory standards, and supports admissions, discharges, and client flow. The position offers $78,000 annually, medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment, paid training, retirement benefits, and other employee benefits. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree and four years of progressively responsible experience in residential or non-residential program or facility operations, or a high school diploma and six years of such experience, plus at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, criminal clearances, and a physical exam and drug test. The schedule varies by shift, with weekend and rotating on-call requirements.
