Description
Rexel is hiring a Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic international IT transformation programs across multiple countries and stakeholders. The role owns program delivery, roadmaps, budgets, risks, KPIs, governance reporting, country onboarding, stakeholder engagement, vendor and consultant coordination, and alignment between business, IT, infrastructure, security, and delivery teams. It requires an engineering degree or equivalent, at least 10 years of professional experience, strong program and stakeholder management skills, and fluent English. The position reports to the Group Delivery Manager and includes a 13-month base salary, performance bonus, profit sharing, and additional benefits.
