Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Program Manager for The Colorado Qualifying House, a residential treatment center serving male youth ages 18–20 in Idaho Springs, Colorado. The role oversees the quality delivery and daily operations of treatment, educational, vocational, student health, welfare, medical, food, and administrative services; manages budgets, staff development, safety, compliance, and program fidelity; and represents the site in management meetings. Candidates need a BA/BS in a related field, residential experience, at least four years of related residential facility management experience, and the ability to pass background, drug, physical, and TB screening. The position pays starting at $65,000 and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
