RoslinCT is hiring a Program Manager to oversee complex internal and client-facing projects from initiation through execution. The role manages timelines, scope, budgets, risks, teams, change orders, stakeholder communication, reporting, and project management tools, while supporting sales and operations objectives and client goals. The position requires a biotechnology-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least five years of upper management experience, five years of direct client-facing project or program management experience, and seven years of biopharma experience in a GMP environment, along with knowledge of cell and gene therapy, biopharmaceutical development, technology transfer, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements.
