RSC2 is hiring a full-time, salary-exempt Contract Program Manager in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role supports end-to-end radar system efforts from development and production through integration, operational testing, deployment, and sustainment; leads contract-level and mission-integrated program execution; manages contractor personnel; prepares government leadership materials; and serves as the primary point of contact for contract execution. Candidates need an active Secret Clearance, a bachelor’s degree or four additional years of related experience, and at least ten years of program management experience, preferably with radar systems. The projected annualized compensation range is $150,000-$225,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits.
