Description
The Program Manager will plan, design, execute, coordinate, and manage complex programs aligned with organizational strategy. Responsibilities include developing program plans and workflows, overseeing operations and resources, engaging stakeholders, monitoring performance and KPIs, managing risks and quality, and recommending continuous improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field, experience managing complex programs, strong program management and leadership skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.
