Description
The Program Manager leads assigned New Product Development projects from purchase order through production-ready release, coordinating customers, engineering, manufacturing, tooling, quality, supply chain, sales, and operations. The role manages project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, tooling activities, launch readiness, customer communications, and transitions to production, while supporting quoting, estimating, and customer development. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in plastics injection molding, contract manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, or a related technical manufacturing environment are preferred.
