ResCare Community Living is hiring a Program Manager to oversee the daily operation of a human-services program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role manages staff, caseloads, performance, training, scheduling, employee relations, clinical and crisis support, regulatory compliance, revenue and expenses, community partnerships, and program marketing. It requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience including one year of supervisory experience, state licensure, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a current driver’s license if transportation is provided. The position offers a yearly salary of $70,304.00 and full-time benefits.
