The role owns the success of the Kent contract through strategic upsell, operational efficiencies, consultative project delivery, contract governance, audits, reviews, stakeholder engagement, and contract renewal planning. It involves managing relationships across six NHS Trusts, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring performance, and developing proposals to improve safety, efficiency, sustainability, compliance, and education. The employer seeks a candidate with a proven track record managing complex TWM customer accounts or similar sector partnerships, strong commercial and savings-modelling skills, and familiarity with NHS governance structures.
