Description

Sigma Defense Systems is hiring a Program Manager to lead a large, complex support-services program within its Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and Laser Systems portfolio for a Department of War customer. The role covers full lifecycle program management, including cost, schedule, performance, subcontractor oversight, risk management, customer engagement, and government stakeholder coordination. The position is contingent on contract award, requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, and onsite work in Washington, D.C.; compensation is listed at $168,000 to $225,000 annually with medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, holiday, and education benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma/GED with 20 years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience, or master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 20 years of relevant program management or administrative experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, or Laser systems
15 years of relevant program management or administrative experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, or Laser systems
10 years of relevant program management or administrative experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, or Laser systems
Experience managing a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors
Experience with ACAT I through IV defense acquisition programs
Knowledge of Navy and Department of War policy and guidance
Supervisory and personnel management experience
Financial management experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ACAT I major weapons systems and ACAT II-IV programs
Knowledge of Navy/Department of War policy and guidance
