Description

Sigma Defense is hiring a Program Manager for a contingent, on-site role in Washington, D.C. to lead a large support-services program within the Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and Laser Systems portfolio for a Department of War customer. The role covers full lifecycle program management including cost, schedule, performance, subcontractor oversight, risk management, customer engagement, and coordination with government stakeholders. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold or be able to obtain an active Secret clearance, and meet one of the listed education-and-experience combinations; the posting offers a $151,000 to $200,000 annual salary plus health, retirement, and PTO benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school degree or GED with 20 years of relevant program management/administrative experience; bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience; or master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 20 years of relevant program management or administrative experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, or Laser systems
15 years of relevant program management or administrative experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, or Laser systems
10 years of relevant program management or administrative experience in Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, or Laser systems
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing large support services contracts with multiple subcontractors
Experience with ACAT I-IV defense acquisition programs
Knowledge of Navy and Department of War policy and guidance
Supervisory and personnel management skills
Strong communication and briefing skills
Financial management experience
Foreign Military Sales experience
PMP certification
