SiTime is hiring a Program Manager to support cross-functional product development programs from concept through production release in a semiconductor environment. The role coordinates Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test, and Quality teams; tracks schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; maintains project plans; facilitates meetings; prepares status reports; and supports new product introduction and phase-gate reviews. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field, 0 to 3 years of project or program management experience, English proficiency, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project or Jira. The annual base salary is $76,470 to $105,120, with a quarterly innovation bonus, equity grants, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
