Description
The Program Manager will own cost, schedule, and performance for high-priority Army and Joint defense programs, serving as the primary contact for government program offices and managing product-order delivery from intake through production and shipment. The role coordinates 12–15 engineers and subcontractors, supports proposal and past-performance efforts, resolves resource conflicts, and maintains program documentation. It requires 5–8 years of program or project management experience, DoD contract experience, operational or mission experience, an active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one, and U.S. person work authorization. The position is remote in the United States with travel to program and customer sites, pays $130,000 to $165,000 annually, and includes fully covered health coverage, a 401(k) contribution, unlimited PTO, and profit sharing.
