Description
Sotera Health is hiring an Engineering Capital Projects Manager to support 3–5 simultaneous engineering capital projects, primarily involving Ethylene Oxide technologies. The role develops budgets, schedules, scopes, and capital requests; leads or supports project teams; manages contractors and project engineers; oversees installation, qualification, commissioning, documentation, regulatory compliance, and project closeout; and provides hands-on troubleshooting and CAPA support. The position requires an undergraduate engineering or relevant technical degree, process-environment experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, familiarity with project management tools, and travel to project sites up to 50% of business days. Compensation is $105,500–$182,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
