Spire Global is seeking a Program Manager for Spire Space Services to manage customer satellite deployment programs from planning through execution, monitoring, and completion. The role is customer-facing and focuses on schedule, budget, scope, resource allocation, risk management, proposal support, and cross-functional coordination with procurement, manufacturing, and engineering teams. It requires experience managing complex programs in space, defense, aerospace, or similar industries, strong communication and leadership skills, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and PMP/PRINCE II or equivalent certification. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the Washington, DC (Vienna, VA) office, and offers a salary range of $130,500 to $171,000 USD plus benefits and equity eligibility.
