Sprinklr is hiring a Global Program Manager to lead one strategic enterprise program for a public-sector client in Milan, Italy. The role owns end-to-end program delivery, coordinates retained consulting teams, manages scope, risks, issues, change requests, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships, and reports progress to internal and external stakeholders. The position is based in Milan with an expectation to work from the customer premises three days per week and requires enterprise SaaS, public-sector, client management, and project management experience, along with fluency in English and Italian.
