Standard Bots is hiring a full-time, on-site Program Manager to own the execution of complex, ambiguous manufacturing and robotics programs. The role transforms strategic mandates into structured work streams, plans, budgets, schedules, financial models, and executive recommendations; manages internal functions and external partners; and drives decisions through leadership. It requires 7+ years of cross-functional program leadership in manufacturing, operations, corporate strategy, business operations, or management consulting with industrial exposure, along with financial-modeling, executive communication, and vendor-management capabilities. The role is based at the company’s Glen Cove, New York manufacturing facility and headquarters, with a base salary of $180,000 to $210,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
