Description
Strategic Sight Consulting LLC is hiring a full-time Program Manager to support the Operational Test and Evaluation Force and Air Test and Evaluation Squadron ONE in defining, conducting, and analyzing operational test and evaluation of U.S. Naval systems. The role leads contract and task-order integration across staffing, schedule, quality, cost, security, travel, risk, and reporting; develops Plans of Action and Milestones; tracks financial status; coordinates with government and contractor stakeholders; and communicates test results and decision needs. The position requires United States citizenship, a minimum Top Secret security clearance, at least ten years of specialized developmental or operational test and evaluation experience, and four years in project or program management. Compensation is $130,000-$160,000, and the position is contingent upon contract award.
