Strive Pharmacy is hiring a full-time, remote Program Manager, Enterprise PMO to lead high-priority, cross-departmental programs and projects, manage integrated plans and risks, deliver executive reporting, support governance, and provide overflow project and program management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of project and program management experience, with healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated-industry experience preferred. The annual salary is $135,000–$145,000 USD, with employer-paid healthcare, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, sick time, FSA and HSA options, parental leave, 401(k) matching, life insurance, and veterinary insurance.
