Description
STV is looking for a Program Manager to lead a team responsible for comprehensive project planning and execution across various programs, including engineering and construction, technical support, bidding strategy, scheduling, budgeting, grant management, and project closeout. This role involves overseeing detailed reviews of project designs and budgets, guiding funding strategies, resolving cost overruns, presenting executive reports, and ensuring compliance during financial closeouts. The manager will also handle communication with stakeholders, implement policy improvements, recommend solutions to technical challenges, and manage training initiatives.
