Summit Point Raceway Associates, INC. is seeking a Program Manager to lead DoD training, test, range, or similar operational programs. The role oversees program performance, cost, schedule, quality, staffing, risk, security, contract compliance, subcontractor coordination, reporting, and transition to recurring operations. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 12 years of DoD program support experience including 3 years as a senior program leader, an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, and experience with complex Government contracts and multidisciplinary teams. The position may involve office, operational, and field work, regular travel, secure environments, and variable schedules.
