Surge is hiring a Program Manager to lead initiatives affecting its products and customers. The role owns execution, coordinates engineering and operations teams, establishes scalable systems and processes, improves customer models through data-driven insights, plans complex cross-functional programs, and provides transparent stakeholder updates. Candidates should have at least two years of program management or related experience in high-performing product companies, strong communication and cross-organizational influence skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments; direct AI/ML experience is valued but not required.
