The Global Program Manager (PM) will serve as an Associate Director-level Lead Project Manager for one or more Global Program Teams and related sub-teams in early- and late-stage drug development. The role owns integrated development plans, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, resource and budget planning, governance, stakeholder communication, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional team performance. It is a 12-month hybrid position in Brisbane, California, paying $130–$148 per hour, and requires an advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline, at least 8 years of drug development experience, and strong project management and leadership capabilities.
